At Nadia The Collection, we want you to be completely enamored with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
